Kanathar’s followers do as he asks.
Today, he assigned Mo and Curly new tasks.
Darth Curly will make the garden resplendent,
Darth Mo’s new role is holy sanctuary attendant.

Macho hired Tekal, a Dragon Army veteran,
Straight out of the cell he said he got better in. 
As Barrack recruiter, he’ll rely on his charms,
And Lanal will serve as the Master of Arms.

Raven’s men stayed to hold down the fort,
To Kalaman, our heroes soon gave their report, 
Then off to Greenshield Manor to rest,
And put their hirelings to the test.

Gilbert went into a ritual trance,
and cast Detect Magic on a singular lance.
Though the dragon motif etched in metal did glimmer,
the weapon had no special magical dweomer.

Hiding in the storeroom was a gaunt and skittish varlet,
a mage, Andir Valmarkos, dressed head to toe in scarlet.
The mage, without a spellbook, was looking pale and wan,
and very much looked forward to a trip to Kalaman.

Two prisoners were found: Elgo the Kender;
and Lanal, a soldier caught after a bender.
A search of the room uncovered a prize,
Dragon cult papers signed ‘Kansaldi Fire-Eyes’.

In the kitchen, a chef with a most fitting name,
Cookie Baker surrendered, and acted quite tame.
Karyon spied a pair of salt and pepper shakers,
and took them, though he knew they were probably Baker’s.

Searching the fort, the Kalamaniac team,
discovered a longsword with a noteworthy gleam.
Marcus inspected it and found it well made,
a sturdy steel sword with a bright silvered blade.

“With Ispin Greenshield, I once apprenticed,”
said Karyon, playing dead dragonnel dentist.
“Let the boasts of this battle have the sharp bite of truth”,
he said, and gave each of Raven’s soldiers a tooth.

A dragon cult officer on an aerial beast,
attacked from all sides: north, west, south, and east.
Our heroes stood strong, I’m pleased to report,
and before very long, they retook the fort.
