Four Friends of Ispin bid Macho Mage farewell,
as he escorts a captive with valuable intel.
To Kalaman’s leaders Macho Mage will take him,
and there will our allied interrogators break him.

At the farmhouse, a squad of hobgoblin recruits,
training to join the Dragon Army’s pursuits.
Surprised by the Kalamaniacs’ will and wit,
the squad was soon slain, the leader’s freedom forfeit.

Our heroes next mission, a farmhouse to find,
Kanathar leaves his Fargab behind,
Marshal Vendri and Darrett can tune in and learn,
All that the Kalamaniacs will discern.

Gilbert had an errand to run,
Macho Mage went along just for the fun.
At Wyhan’s emporium, the good times did roll,
as Gilbert selected a fine brazen bowl.

Kanathar and Marcus heal the refugees ills,
by the grace of Titarr and Kiri-Jolith’s wills.
The gods have returned, with proof empirical,
and these two men are the vessels of miracle.

Back to the council, with much to be said,
One scout alive, another one dead.
Both had tales of their own to be told,
and the mission’s heroics were rewarded with gold.

A scout being tortured, and one lying dead,
Victims of dragon men in black and red.
Another one pounces from the treetops above,
But these villains are vanquished when push comes to shove.

Marcus returns to his Kiri-Jolith shrine,
And thinks, “This place is not just mine,
The refugees have made it theirs,”
As he leads them all in holy prayers.

Gilbert brought Wyhan his scroll from afar,
But first she inspects a fine specimen jar.
Karyon judges her price to be right,
Then Wyhan decides Gilbert’s fit to wear white.

Marcus and Gilbert approach the council’s gaze,
A gnome with gadgets, met with Miat’s praise.
Yet the dragon army soldier, bound and cold,
Faces Vendri’s glare, his fate soon to unfold.
