Raven’s Quest

Raven briefed the Kalamaniacs on her latest quest,
to retake Wheelwatch Outpost would be a daunting test.
With ten unskilled militia men her plan would surely fail,
but if the Kalamaniacs would help, they might, just might, prevail.

Summoned Steed

Marcus honoured Kiri-Jolith in both word and deed,
and due to that he earned the right to call a paladin’s steed.
A horse appeared and looked to be a most impressive mount,
an intelligent, strong and loyal beast on whom he’ll surely count.

He Is Risen

At the dockside funeral a voice hails Macho,
and from out of the crowd comes his brother, named Nacho.
But Titarr took his life with a lightning bolt,
and gave it back to Kanathar, who awoke with a jolt.

Kanathar’s Statue

Kalaman’s mourners made rainy march to a humble city square,
to view the statue of Kanathar newly erected there.
He was a vital part of the Friends of Ispin group,
He served a mighty god, and he served a mighty soup.

Solamnic Study

Marcus, chivalry calling him, sets Gilbert in his sights,
and asks the scholar for his help, studying Solamnic Knights.
Gilbert is quite happy to help Marcus research his book,
If it can be found within a library, he’ll know where to look.

The Soup Kitchen

Marcus went to the Kiri-Jolith shrine to spiritually regroup,
but on the way he stopped to see Titarran’s serving soup.
“The god was false, but the deeds are true,” thought Marcus in his piety,
“Kanathar’s cult, through his martyrdom, has grown in notoriety”.

Council’s Grief

To council chambers Cudgel and the Kalamaniacs went,
to testify their job was done, and Kanathar’s life was spent.
Macho Mage was there and could not believe his friend was dead,
“There’ll be a statue and state funeral,” Governor Miat said.

A Sad Procession

Cudgel’s comrades carry Kanathar’s corpse through Kalaman,
and word spreads quickly through the streets of the death of Titarr’s man.
For those he fed, and those he healed, their hearts were full of woe,
nevermind his followers, Darths Larry, Curly and Mo.

Lord Bakaris & Son

Macho Mage takes the prisoner straight to Lord Bakaris and Son,
who pay him well and promise his rewards have just begun.
They bid him take the prisoner to henchmen by the docks,
who have techniques, they say, that guarantee their captive talks.
